SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
If you need to return your purchase, you can return it anytime within 30 days. You must receive a return authorization number from us before returning any merchandise by sending an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We will not accept a return without an RMA number.
Here is a short list of conditions:
- Food Items must be in the original packaging and 3/4 or more full.
- Canned food must be unopened
- Supplements are non-refundable due to the sensitivity of the product.
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- All other returns must be in sellable condition (unused and in its original packaging with the tags still attached)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You'll be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
- All returns are subject to approval and will be credited to the original form of payment method.
- All local orders over $59.95 ship FREE! $5.95 flat rate shipping for all others. (Please refer to current zip code coverage)

- Sorry, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or an APO/FPO address since our carriers require a physical address for deliveries.
- If you receive a package from Louisespetconnection.com and elect to "Return to Sender" without previously contacting a customer representative from Louisespetconnection.com , a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. All shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility - including the return shipment.
- If a package is returned due to an insufficient address or incorrect address listed on the invoice, the order will be refunded the product cost minus the shipping cost. The shipping cost will be the actual cost incurred for shipment, NOT the shipping charge listed on the invoice.
- Louise's Pet Connection reserves the right to limit quantities.
- Items temporarily out of stock often are available for reorder. Not responsible for omissions, typographical errors or incorrect product images. In certain instances, pricing online may not reflect in-store pricing. Please contact us with any questions.
