HoHoHo! No human it’s not Santa but your two favorite furry best friends, your dog and cat. We know it's been a crazy year and with Christmas right around the corner things can get a little out of hand. So the cat and I put our heads and paws together to think how we could make things just a little bit easier on you!

Christmas Wish List

HoHoHo! No human it’s not Santa but your two favorite furry best friends, your dog and cat. We know it's been a crazy year and with Christmas right around the corner things can get a little out of hand. So the cat and I put our heads and paws together to think how we could make things just a little bit easier on you! So without further ado i give you.. Our… CHRISTMAS LIST!!!! You’re welcome! Now you don't have to stress and agonzie for weeks over what to get us. And don’t worry we also sent a copy to the Big Guy in red. 

The Cat.

1. A lifetime supply of catnip

Who doesn’t love a good catnip party every now and then. With a lifetime supply of this magical plant I’ll be living on cloud nine for the rest of my days! Let's get one thing straight human there's no such thing as too much catnip.

2. Scratchy Scratchers 

A cats gotta do what a cats gotta do and we both know you’re the only one upset when I try to stretch my nails on the couch! I can’t help it, I live for destruction! So this year pick me up some new things to work out some of my more destructive habits and the couch might make it to next Christmas!

3. Minnows

You heard me minnows. Those little tiny fish treats, just thinking about them has my belly rumbling. Nothing makes me feel more like the bad to the bone hunter I am then those tiny little fish snacks. Yumm minnows. 

4. Coconut Flakes

I was talking to the old tom cat up the road and he mentioned how great these flakes were for hairballs. Just a little bit in your food everyday and they’re quite tasty too. Really you can think of it as a gift to yourself with all the time you won’t waste cleaning the carpet… and your bed.

5. World Peace.. Just kidding! A village made of cardboard 

I’m picturing my own little escape. Miles and miles of boxes, tunnels and buildings. Hidey holes and stairs all made out of that special material cardboard. You think I don’t know about your online shopping addiction? The least you could do is build me, I mean us, our dream home!

The Dog

1. The Comfiest New Bed

While annoying the cat all day when you’re away at work makes up a good portion of my day, what do you think I do with the other half of my day? I sleep, as much of the day away as possible waiting for you. Yes I do have my favorite spot on your bed by your pillow where your scent is the strongest. And my second favorite spot on the couch by the window where I await your return. But really you can’t have enough comfy places to sleep! Besides the cat stole the bed you got me last year so I deserve a new one!

2. Things to chew chew chew!

I know I’m not supposed to chew on your shoes even though they smell so delicious but really how am I supposed to tell the difference between what’s mine and yours when you leave them laying all over my domain! This Christmas I've decided I want, no I need all the chews you can fit in my stocking! I’m dreaming of cow tails, hooves, bully sticks, and ears. All my most favorite treats and I promise I’ll leave your shoes alone..well at least for a little while.

3. New leash 

With the new year right around the corner, a dogs got to look their best. My old collar and leash have certainly seen better days and I’m really feeling the whole new year, new you! What better way to move on from 2020 then with a new leash on life! I’ll make all the other pups at the dog park jealous for sure!

4. Balls. ALL THE BALLS

You’re probably thinking pup I know you have at least 4 balls, but human hear me out. At least two of those are my outside balls! One is hidden under the couch in case of an emergency. Then of course there’s the one that was stolen from me by the monster under your bed and I’m definitely not going back for it. Like the cat says about catnip you can never have too many balls! Or stuffed animals. Or treats… You get the point I need more balls!

5. Christmas Dinner

If there’s one thing I dream about year round it’s all the amazing smells that come from Christmas dinner! I’ve been such a good dog this year, really the best! The one thing that would make this Christmas outshine the rest is getting to have Christmas dinner with you! Mashed potatoes and gravy, a few slices of honey baked ham! I’d even love some roasted brussel sprouts! So please oh please human out of everything on my list please just save me a seat at Christmas dinner this year!

Alright dog I think we’ve really outdone ourselves on this one! I’d agree cat it’s really some of our best work! Now human you can kick back, relax and snuggle with us on the couch no need to to worry when you have our Christmas list!
