Finicky pet or just want to boost your pets' nutrition?

From freeze dried to goat milk or bone broth to elixirs there's so many mouthwatering ways to boost your pets bowl.

Do you have a finicky pet? Or maybe you just want to boost your pets' nutrition?

From freeze dried to goat milk or bone broth to elixirs there's so many mouthwatering ways to boost your pets bowl.

One of the simplest toppers to use is freeze dried raw. Raw is something you've heard us mention a time or two. Nutritionally raw is the easiest and best diet for your pets to break down and digest, this is because nothing has been cooked out of it or destroyed. But something you may not be as familiar with is freeze dried raw. Freeze drying is a process that preserves the nutritional content of the food by freezing it before drying it and removing all of the moisture. This means you don’t have to worry about keeping it in the fridge but you still get all of the benefits of its frozen counterpart! Here is where freeze dried dust and meal mixers come in. Adding a sprinkle or a few crumbled up bits on top of your pet's normal diet will help with the finicky eaters but it's also a great topper for the nutritional benefit. Adding even 10% raw to a diet is a huge boost for your pet. Pets who enjoy a diet with the addition of raw experience cleaner teeth, a healthier coat and even better energy levels. Dogs and cats alike have fallen in love with freeze dried and using it to kick their nutrition and bowl up a notch is a great move!

Comparatively raw goat milk makes another great addition to any pet's meal! To start Goat milk is known as a “Universal Milk”. This means that due to its small fat molecule it is easily digested by a wide variety of mammals! It’s important to note the use of raw milk vs Pasteurized milk. Pasteurized milk is exposed to high heat and because of this loses a significant amount of nutrients and enzymes which means your pets lose out on many of its benefits. If you have a pet suffering from nausea or perhaps is just turning their nose up to their food, adding raw goat milk has been known to be the perfect fix to get appetites back. Now this milk isn’t just tasty for your pets it actually helps to support their digestive, urinary, and immune system. Our pets also need moisture and their bodies are made to absorb most of it from their food and raw goat milk is the perfect source of this. It's also full of probiotics, enzymes, minerals, electrolytes and fatty acids and with added ingredients like cinnamon, turmeric and ginger it's sure to lure in even the pickiest of pets.

Another bowl booster is bone broth. This easy to use pour over comes in a variety of proteins for your pets and can be added to any diet or even just given as a treat! Like everything we carry our bone broths are free of any antibiotics, steroids or added hormones. A great source of moisture bone broth is perfect for your pets that aren't big water drinkers. It's full of so many beneficial nutrients that support joint, digestion, and liver health. With the addition of turmeric it also can serve as a natural anti inflammatory and detoxifier. It’s also a natural source of gelatin which aids the intestines and helps maintain a healthy gut. But that's not all, it's full of joint protecting compounds like glucosamine, chondroitin and hyaluronic acid which means it'll help keep your pets doing the things they love like running and swimming. Best of all It really does enhance palatability and makes meal times more exciting!

One of the more commonly used toppers is pour over stews.! Some of the most popular pour over stews come with bases of healthy greens, bone broth or pumpkin. This means not only will they ensnare your pets taste buds they will also benefit their joints, digestion, and immune system. Similar to other moisture rich toppers these stews make a great addition to any pets meals who suffer from urinary issues. These easy to use and easy to store stews are perfect to spice up any pets meal!

Lastly are something called Elixirs. These aromatic whole food toppers are perfect for even your pickiest eaters. They come in three different mixes that focus on the digestive tract, immune system, and joints. The first one is their Winter Squash Puree. Butternut squash is the perfect ingredient to nourish the gut, regulate stools, and settle upset stomachs. With the addition of cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and apple cider vinegar it's a powerful source of probiotics and enzymes! Next we have the Healthy Green Smoothie, full of organic greens like kale and parsley which provide the perfect boost of antioxidants. In addition chia seeds, coconut oil, and sardine oil combine to be a great blend of omega fatty acids and medium chain triglycerides. To finish this mix off a powerful kick of seven medicinal mushrooms guarantee this to be an incredible immune booster! The last elixir is the Omega Mussel Melange, made up of mussel meat, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, and pork bone broth. Each ingredient adds up to be a superior blend of omegas, glucosamine, and chondroitin. This mix provides all the essential nutrients needed to keep your pets skeletal system in tip top shape. Just a few spoonfuls of any of the elixirs is all your pets bowl needs!

So there you have it. Whether your pets are bored with their normal meals or you’re just looking for something to ensure they stay in tip top shape any of these items will make the perfect addition to your pets bowl and of course keep your pets begging for more!
